Truganinni was a Tasmanian Aboringal born in 1812 . She lived a troubled childhood and life with the murder of her mother, capturing of her sisters, fathers' death from disease and husband to be murdered. She spoke english very well and loved children even though she never had any. In 1876 truganinni died becoming the last full blooded tasmanian aboringal. She was important to Australian History because she represented a dying culture of Aboringal herritage. Where her death marked the last of a pure aboringal bloodline in Tasmanian and dying race within Australia.

Trugananni was a famous Tasmanian Aborigine. Truganinni was important because she had fought through unbelieveable devestation, her mother, sister and husband-to-be, where all murdered by the European settlers. This was during the 'Black War', although she should have hated the white people she trusted them to help her and her community. This ended up being an ilfit trust, her people where imprisioned. The main reason for her fame was because she was the last living Aborigine in Tasmania, after she passed away her body was exumed and placed in a museum.

Truganinni was a Tasmanian Aborgine fom 1812-1876. She was the very last full blooded aborigine to live. She saw alot of her people murdered and dying from disease and she refused to be one of the vicitms. She lost the majority of her close friends and family. Truganinni faught to be treated faily and equally by trying to help George Augustus Robinson whose job was the convince the aborigines to move to another island. Truganinni spent 5 years helping Robinson, because he had promised to teach them and help them have rights. Robinson couldnt actually help them and he abandoned them. Truganinni ended up moving to hobart and became a well known figure due to surving the "black war".

Truganini was a Tasmanian Aborigine. She worked with George Robinson to help the Aborigines move into a nearby island to stop the "black war". Robinson then abandoned them when the island became a prison and many aborigines died. She later moved into Hobart and was being taken care of by a friend. She died in 1876 and she was the last full blood tasmanian aborigines.

Truganini was known to be the last full blood Tasmanian Aboriginie, she was born in 1812 on Bruny Island and died in 1876 at Hobart.

She was an important character to the aborignies since she was a leader, elder and mother who had experienced a very hard life since the European settlers arrived on the shores of Australia. She is a very synmbolic person to the Aboriginies since she went through suffering and still stood by her people.

Truganinni was a Tasmanian Aborignal woman born in around
1812. She belonged to South Eastern Aboriginal tribe with her father a leader of the tribe.
When Europeans first arrived at Van Diemens Land much conflict between the Europeans and Aboriginals broke out.
By the age of 17 her mother had been killed, her sister abducted and shot, her husband-to-be was killed as well. She herself was raped.

Truganinni was important due to her extensive work trying to help her people. A white man by the name of Robinson, promised her and her father protection for their tribe, moving them to another island away from the conflict. Realising it was their only hope, Truganinni accepted, only to be betrayed, moving them to a prison. She worked hard for her people trying to help them even in the worst of conditions. Her personal strength allowed her to be the last remaining from her tribe, surviving the black war and the foreign diseases imported by the invaders. She was the last surviving full bllood Aboriginal in Australia until she died in
1876.

Truganinni was a tasmanian aboriginal woman who was thought to be last full blooded tasmanian aborigine until her death in 1876. Besides the fact that she possessed important knowledge regarding aboriginal beliefs and customs before they were influenced by the British, Truganinni was also important for other reasons. One of which was her diplomatic relationship with a man named Robinson who worked together with Truganinni to convince other aboriginals to move away from their homes. The other was because she could speak english very well and was of great use to the British in agreements being formed between the aboriganls and the British.
